  • Promote and explain precise information to new customers and partner.
  • Overseeing the customer service process via phone, email, and social media.
  • Do follow-ups with the customers consistently.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls to our stakeholders on customer’s service follow-ups and other related matters.
  • Deliver fast response and consistent service to maintain close relationship with both new and existing customers.
  • Attend to customer’s feedback and follow up closely with after sales service
  • Attend to Ad-Hoc task assign by manager.
  • Contact / text customer to request feedback on service by partner (sales or installation or maintenance) and compile as a report.
  • Prepare weekly report.
