Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer issue / complaint.
2. Channel customer / micro-entrepreneur / installer complaint to correct channel.
3. Help to arrange compensation plan to customer.
4. Filter customer enquiry.
5. Attend to assigned task by the management.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least Diploma in any discipline.
2. Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
3. Detail oriented, self-motivated and driven.
4. Extrovert and enjoy communicating with people.
5. Available to work on weekends. Rest day will be on weekdays.
