Lead recruitment and hiring activities, inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering employment and onboarding, to fulfil the current and anticipated manpower needs of the organisation.
Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with respective managers.
Execute the day-to-day operations of the HR administrative function and duties, including employee records upkeeping, insurance renewal, HRDF correspondence and HR liaison.
Organise bonding activities such as birthday celebrations, teambuilding, group outings and festival get-togethers to help build a sense of togetherness and belonging.
Assist in handling other areas of HR functions, and undertake other duties assigned by management from time to time.
