Responsibilities & Duties:
To devise, review & adjust sales strategies to achieve key results set by management.
To oversee and manage agent teams’ performance, as well as be accountable for their overall sales revenues.
To recruit agents for the 1st 6 months.
To provide trainings to agents in scheduled timings.
To direct B to B to C sales.
To establish rules and regulation for agents to follow.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing sales performance of agents.
Candidates with MLM management background is an advantage.
Mature, driven, proactive, creative, and passionate about creating a positive impact in other people’s lives.
Strong communicator, logical thinking, effective stakeholder manager, good team player and a people person.
Proficient in major languages with effective reading, speaking, and writing skills.
