Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Communicate with agents and help to solve the issues faced by agents.
  • Responsible to organize and host activities or events that helps in network growth, such as recruitment and operation trainings.
  • Maintain strong relationships/rapport with network leaders and agents.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation and sales growth, such as preparing sales materials required.


  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
  • Attentive to details & self-motivated.
  • Proactive & strong communicator is preferred.
