- Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide support Supply Chain team with related administrative tasks such as data entry and other clerical work.
- Assist in material planning, scheduling, and purchasing, as well as stock shipping and receiving functions of the organisation.
- Perform proper recording, storage and tracking of all items purchased for accurate inventory.
- Manage relationships between many different suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Partake in any ad-hoc duties, projects and tasks as and when required.
Academic Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or any certificate in any discipline.
Experiences :
- Experience in purchasing and logistics planning will be an advantage.
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
