Supply Chain Assistant

  • Responsibilities & Duties:
    • To support Supply Chain team with related administrative tasks such as data entry and other clerical work.
    • Assist in material planning, scheduling, and purchasing, as well as stock shipping and receiving functions of the organisation.
    • Perform proper recording, storage and tracking of all items purchased for accurate inventory.
    • Manage the relationships between many different suppliers and freight forwarders.
    • Partake in any ad-hoc duties, projects and tasks as and when required.

    Academic Qualification :

    • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or any certificate in any discipline.

    Experiences :

    • Experience in purchasing and logistics planning will be an advantage.
    • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Able to communicate effectively in 3 main languages (Mandarin, English & Malay) and work well with others.
