Promotion Information Table (“Promotion Details”)

1. This promotion as specified in the Promotion Details (“Promotion”) is offered by Plus Xnergy Micro Sdn Bhd (“Company”).
2. The promotion is applicable during the Promotion Period or sooner cancelled by the Company. The Company reserves the right to extend, cease and/or cancel the Promotion at any time before the expiry of the Promotion Period and/or when the Redemption Limit is reached without any prior notice.
3. The Promotion is available to Eligible Customers and is subject to Eligible Customers meeting all the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions. Any Eligible Customers who do not meet all the Terms & Conditions is not entitled to any prize under this Promotion.
4. Unless otherwise stated, in the event there are multiple promotions (including this Promotion) available during the same Promotion Period, and the customer is an Eligible Customer to more than one (1) promotion, the Customer can only choose one (1) promotion and shall not be eligible for any other promotions that are available during the same Promotion Period.
5. If the Promotion is in the form of a free gift or a voucher from the Company’s partners, suppliers or subcontractors, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers partners and/or subcontractors shall provide the Promotion on an “as is” basis and without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to any implied warranties, representations and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for loss, damage or injury rising out of the use or inability to use of the Promotion.
6. The Company reserves the right to change the prize(s) without prior notice.
7. In the event the Eligible Customer terminates the purchase of the Eligible Package with the Company at any time for any reason whatsoever, any unfulfilled Promotion (if any) shall be automatically forfeited, and the Eligible Customer shall not be entitled to exchange the unfulfilled Promotion for other rewards or replace for cash or credit under any circumstances.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, all the advice and/or information obtained (whether orally or written) by the customer from the Company, or its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, partners and/or subcontractors shall not create any warranty or right to sue.
9. The Company may at its sole discretion and without liability, vary, delete, and/or add the Promotion Details and/or any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time during the Promotion Period without prior notice.
10. In the event of conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and Special Conditions, the Special Conditions shall prevail.
11. The Company’s decisions on all matters relating to Promotion including the decisions in determining the eligibility will be final, conclusive, and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
12. All personal information provided by the customer is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.plusxnergy.com/privacy-policy).
13. The Company shall process the personal data of the customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and their respective personal data privacy notices (accessible at https://www.plusxnergy.com/privacy-policy) for purposes relating to the customers participation in this Promotion and by participating in this Promotion, the customers are deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the PDPA and the Company’s Privacy Notices.
14. By participating in this Promotion, the customers acknowledge that they understand the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Company’s Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of the Eligible Package and agree to abide by them. The customers agree that by submitting their information to the Company for the purchase of the solar PV system shall constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. Capitalized words have the meaning as specified in the Promotion Details. Words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular, and words expressed in one gender (whether masculine, feminine or neural) include all other genders.
