LSS Ground-Breaking Ceremony at Kedah.
18 Jan 2019It is our honour to have Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir FC, Tunku Temenggong Kedah Tunku Puteri Intan Shafinaz Sultan Abdul Halim, Raja Puan Muda Perak Tunku Soraya Sultan Abdul Halim, Tunku Datin Myra Madihah Tunku Mudzaffar and other Jentayu Solar shareholders present during the ground-breaking ceremony on 17 January 2019 at Pokok Sena, Kedah.
The 9MWp project, built across 22 acres land, consist of 27,200 pieces of solar panels. It is estimated to produce 274,002MWh of solar energy throughout 21 years. This amount of energy is sufficient to power up 548,004 units of household, if every household has an average of 500kWh of daily energy consumption.
This project is expected to start at February 2019 and to be completed in the third quarter of the year.
